Aniket Jadhav scored a brace as Indian Arrows outclassed Chennai City FC 3-0 to clinch victory in the I-League encounter at the GMC Bambolim Athletic stadium here on Wednesday.Aniket Jadhav (20th, 58th minute) and a 90th minute goal by Boris Singh set the tone for a resounding victory for the youngsters to stun Chennai City FC.After a slow start, Arrows switched into their attacking gear and came close in the 13th minute. The move came down the left channel which saw Edmund Lalrindika clipping the ball into the box for the onrushing Suresh Singh but the midfielder could not connect with it.Chennai City had a few opportunities of their own. One such move saw Jean Michael Joachim work his way into the penalty box only to balloon his shot over the bar.But the Arrows stunned Chennai City in the 20th minute. After passing the ball out from the defence, right-back Boris Singh threaded a defence-scathing pass to Rahul KP who was operating on the right flank.Rahul aimed a cross into the box and Aniket Jadhav got on the end of the cross just outside the box. The forward made space for himself with a touch and curled a pile-driver into the far corner. After falling behind, Chennai City tried to get back into the game but they were let down by poor finishing especially by Joachim and Lucky Kelechukwa.Arrows striker Edmund was brilliant up front and nearly scored on two occasions. The forward saw one lobbed shot miss the far corner by inches and a swerving shot from outside the box hit the post.advertisementThe defensive organisation of the Indian Arrows was evident as they kept their shape and goalkeeper Dheeraj Singh hardly had any saves to make.Chennai City’s best chances came through set-pieces but poor finishing kept letting them down. The score at half-time was 1-0 in favour of the Indian Arrows. After the changeover, Arrows stunned Chennai again as they doubled their advantage in the 58th minute. Edmund raced down the byline and dragged the defenders and goalkeeper out before poking the ball into the box. With an open goal in front of him, Aniket raced towards the ball and steered it into the net to score his second of the game.Eight minutes later, Chennai substitute Gurpreet Singh hit the crossbar from a free-kick and Chennai City had a few half chances. As the game was winding down, Boris Singh piled on the misery on a jaded Chennai City with a 90th-minute goal as he strolled into the box and steered the ball.
Rightmove has released a new tool that enables tenants to booking viewings directly through its website following a pilot last year with a small group of agents.Called Viewings Manager, the portal is now inviting member agents to sign up to the programme which it claims, following extensive testing, helps agents more easily schedule viewing appointments, cut down on tenant no-shows, pre-qualify applicants and receive feedback on properties.Available to anyone with a standard membership package for free, there are already over 200 agents using the tool.AppointmentsThe tech asks prospective tenants to choose three potential appointment dates and times between 9am and 7pm and identify their employment status, credit history and confirm the minimum household income needed to rent the property.Once booked, they are sent email and text reminders about the viewing, but are able to use a one-click cancellation button.East Riding of Yorkshire agent Jon Myers of Quick & Clarke in Yorkshire says the tool has almost halved the number of tenant no-shows, as he says tenants are more likely to cancel if they can just click a button rather than having to call them, saving them time and improving the quality of tenant leads they receive.Rightmove says the tool can’t integrate yet with estate agency CRM suites but an upgrade due next year will enable it to put bookings into agent’s diaries/calendars.The system also works in tandem with Rightmove’s referencing service, which comes from Van Mildert, which it acquired in July last year.Visit the Rightmove page.viewings manager Jon Myers Quick & Clarke Rightmove November 13, 2020Nigel Lewis2 commentsAndrew Stanton, CEO Proptech-PR Real Estate Influencer & Journalist CEO Proptech-PR Real Estate Influencer & Journalist 16th November 2020 at 2:00 pmZillow’s pivot in September when it cut agents out of the loop and went for a Zillow agent centric model is as I have been commenting on a warning to all that real estate is changing. My thoughts on Rightmove and their booking tool is that they have not developed the sophisticated solution that will overcome the multiple agents needs/diaries, and the MVP they have announced is more a sound bite to make them look as though they are evolving their 20 year old one dimensional model than anything else.Homehere.co with Lou Quinn and John Curley are to quote a celebrity ‘the real deal’ when it comes to a solution that books appointments and has a digital applicant box mentality which can accurately qualify property and rental buyers.Log in to Replyjohn curley, homehere homehere 14th November 2020 at 5:31 amGlad to see that RM has woken up to the need to automate viewing and applicant qualification, we have a much deeper and better solution that agents have been using for some time that allows you to automate engagement, qualification and booking of not only RM, but ZPG, OTM and even you website enquiries!Log in to ReplyWhat’s your opinion?
